Our story
Royal Dam Ltd formally opened in March 2026 as a new company, with the aim of providing quality staffing in the catering world. Our team brings more than 11 years of experience working hand in hand with catering establishments for their recruitment needs.
Our staff members are carefully selected to meet the high standards required by our Clients. From the start, the primary focus given to employees has been to train and prepare them professionally. This enables our staff to be very well prepared and trained, proving to be very proficient in their day-to-day duties when our Clients are operating in full force in the busy summer period.
