Our story
Royal Dam Ltd, formerly Adelga Ltd, started operating in May 2021. Although this was a time of uncertainty due to the pandemic, especially in the catering sector, we took the risk of setting into motion a new company which aimed at providing quality staffing in the catering world.
Our staff members are carefully selected to meet the high standards required by our Clients. When the company started operating, the primary focus given to employees was to train and prepare them professionally. This enabled our staff to be very well prepared and trained, proving to be very proficient in their day-to-day duties when our Clients restarted operating in full force in the busy summer period.
Our aim is to always exceed the bar in all types of catering services required.
