Job description
We are looking for a professional Chef with experience in pizza, pasta and grill to join an amazing team with one of our exclusive clients in Malta.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Head Chef
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the kitchen
- Work on different sections of the kitchen
- Follow in-house HACCP regulations
- Be familiar with the menu and any specials
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion
- Adopt flexible working hours
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in the role; vocational culinary degree
- Advanced English
- Experience in grill, pizza and pasta; knowledge of à la carte menus
